Tri-Summit Group is a veteran-owned real-estate company that owns and operates its own rental homes. We are not a third-party management agency: the homes we list are homes we look after ourselves.
Our portfolio includes duplexes, small multifamily buildings and condominiums, offered as traditional long-term leases and as furnished mid-term stays for traveling professionals and people between homes.

Tri-Summit Group owns and manages every home it rents and is veteran-owned. You work directly with the owner, not an outside management agency.
How do I apply?
Applications and screening are handled securely through RentRedi. Each listing has an Apply link, and you can send us a question or request a tour first.
Do you offer furnished mid-term stays?
Yes. Furnished homes are available for stays of a month or more. Send an inquiry with your dates and we will confirm availability by email.
