Text message terms

Program: Tri-Summit Group staff alerts. Operational text messages to Tri-Summit Group property managers and the owner about tasks assigned to them and emergencies at the properties they manage. Staff opt in by entering a mobile number and checking the consent box on their account page in the staff portal. No marketing messages are sent.

Frequency: varies with the work assigned, typically a few messages per week. Rates: message and data rates may apply. Opt out: reply STOP at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. You can also turn text alerts off on your account page. Help: reply HELP, or email shudacek@tri-summitgroup.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Privacy: see our Privacy Policy.

Listings

We work to keep listings accurate, but details, pricing and availability can change. Dates marked “expected” or “coming soon” are estimates. Nothing on this site is an offer to lease, a reservation or a guarantee of availability. Leases are created only through our leasing process after approval.

Applications

Applications and screening are handled through RentRedi and are subject to its terms and to applicable fair-housing law. We are an Equal Housing Opportunity provider.

Links to RentRedi, Airbnb, Furnished Finder, Google and others are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms.
