This page explains what Tri-Summit Group collects through this website and how it’s used.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, request a tour or join the interest list, we collect the details you enter, typically your name, email, optional phone number, the home you’re asking about and your message. We don’t ask for Social Security numbers, credit or background information on this site; official applications are completed through RentRedi under its own privacy terms.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, schedule tours you request, and, only if you opt in, email you when a matching home is announced. We don’t sell your information.

Email announcements

Every announcement includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time.

Text messages

Tri-Summit Group sends operational text messages only to its own staff (property managers and the owner) who sign up in the staff portal by entering their mobile number and checking a consent box. Messages cover tasks assigned to them and emergencies at the properties they manage. We do not send marketing texts and do not text prospective or current renters.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

Message frequency varies with the work assigned. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our text message terms.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Netlify. Email and text messages are delivered through service providers acting on our behalf.

Cookies

The public site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Staff sign-in uses a necessary security cookie.
